Wisdom teeth that are impacted, partly erupted or repeatedly infected can cause pain, swelling and damage to nearby teeth. Our oral surgeon removes them under local anaesthesia with careful, gentle technique.
Who is it for?
Patients with pain or swelling at the back of the jaw, food trapping, recurring gum infection, or an X-ray showing an impacted wisdom tooth.
What to expect
We start with an examination and X-ray (OPG). On the day, the area is numbed, the tooth is removed and the site is stitched if needed. You receive written aftercare, pain management guidance and a follow-up appointment for review or stitch removal.
